Delivery Time
Our standard delivery time for Culnaro grills and outdoor kitchens is approximately 5 weeks. Delivery times may vary depending on the season and stock availability. We do our best to keep you updated on the expected delivery time after your order is placed. -
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on the delivery destination. Any customs duties, VAT, or other fees outside Denmark are the customer’s responsibility. -

Is the Grill Assembled Upon Delivery?
Yes, your Culnaro grill is delivered fully assembled. You only need to unpack it, place it in your favorite spot, and get ready to grill. If you encounter any challenges during setup, our customer service is ready to assist. -
Delayed or Lost Delivery
While we aim for timely delivery, delays outside our control may occur. If your delivery is delayed, please contact us at info@culnaro.dk or +45 6020 6000, so we can help find a solution. -
International Deliveries
We also offer delivery to selected countries outside Denmark. Delivery times and shipping rates vary by destination. Any customs duties, VAT, or other fees outside Denmark are the customer’s responsibility. Contact us for more information on international deliveries. -
Order Changes and Cancellations
