Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Culnaro. If, unexpectedly, you wish to return an item, we offer a straightforward and transparent return and refund policy in accordance with Danish law.

1. Right of Withdrawal
   You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item. If you wish to exercise this right, please contact our customer service at info@culnaro.dk or +45 6020 6000. You then have an additional 14 days to return the item.

2. Condition of the Item Upon Return
   The item must be returned in the same condition as you received it, unused and in its original packaging. If the item shows signs of use or damage that reduces its value, we reserve the right to reduce the refunded amount accordingly.

3. Returning Items
   When returning an item, please ensure it is securely packed. You bear the risk of the item until we receive it. Remember to include a copy of the invoice or order confirmation. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or delivered incorrectly.

4. Refund
   Once we have received and approved the return, we will refund the amount to the payment method used at purchase within 14 days. Please be aware that it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

5. Warranty
   According to Danish consumer law, you have a 2-year warranty on all our products. This means that if there are any defects or issues with the product within this period, you are entitled to a repair. The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
